AbleLight is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician (BT) to support individuals with developmental disorders under supervision by a BCBA. You will help implement behavioral plans and collect data to track progress.
Working with a Clinical Supervisor and a team, you will gain hands-on ABA experience, communicate with caregivers, and learn Central Reach data collection and confidentiality practices in a supportive setting.

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Some understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Lic or Cert Ability: to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of hire.
