AbleLight seeks an entry level Behavior Technician who, under supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, will implement behavioral reduction or skill-building plans for individuals with developmental disorders. You will collect and analyze behavioral data using Central Reach, maintain client confidentiality, provide progress updates to families, and ensure all treatments follow approved protocols.

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Some understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Lic or Cert Ability: to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of hire.
