Perfect Pair ABA seeks an experienced Behavior Technician to deliver personalized ABA therapy one-on-one across various settings in Chesapeake, VA. You will implement individualized protocols created by a BCBA, collect data, and document progress while coordinating with a team to support client growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment
• Ability to support the basic needs of clients
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
