Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy across Virginia, including Bottoms Bridge. You will work one-on-one with clients, implement individualized protocols, and document progress to support growth and skill development.

This role offers flexible hours with both full-time and part-time positions. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, professional development, and a supportive culture dedicated to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing/holding a related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in becoming RBT certified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing protocols by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
