Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and at convenient Greensboro locations. You will implement individualized protocols created by a BCBA and help clients grow across environments.

Qualifications

• Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Adult and Child CPR/First Aid within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using BCBA-designed protocols.
• Collect data and document progress notes for each session.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to support client learning.
• Create a friendly, engaging therapy environment to foster growth and skill acquisition.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
