Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with children with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans developed by BCBA supervisors to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

  • The Behavior Technician (BT) requires prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • The Behavior Technician (BT) will need the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.

Job description

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Job Summary
