Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based behavior plans under BCBA supervision to foster social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role offers after-school and early-evening shifts, in-person and in-home settings, with opportunities for growth, PTO from day one, and a strong benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) concepts is a plus.
• Ability to engage children in a positive, supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect client progress data.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of behavior strategies.
• Support clients with activities of daily living and social interactions.

Job description

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans - Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies - Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records - Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions - Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Experience:

The Behavior Technician (BT) requires prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
