Kids Club ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children with autism develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families to ensure consistency across settings, including in-home, school, and private programs. The role also offers professional development opportunities and a flexible schedule with PTO from day one.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Experience:

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
