Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in San Rafael, CA. Schedule follows the standard school day, generally 7:30am–4:00pm, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary team.

You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans, work with students using ABA to improve skills, and collect data under supervision. A minimum of 6 months ABA experience is ideal; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months ABA experience or school-based student support.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.
• Reliable transportation to school sites is required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
