Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Behavior Interventionists (BIs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. The organization provides comprehensive training and mentorship with weekly supervision from Behavior Specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team to empower student learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience and/or school based student support experience.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
• Reliable transportation to school sites is a critical requirement; valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not a requirement (Preferred).

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Behavior Interventionists (BIs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year! SPG was founded in 1989 by a Speech Language Pathologist seeking to improve the way students receive clinical support at school. What started as a group focused on speech therapy, has grown to include multiple disciplines, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)! Salary

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Regular salary reviews and increases available

Requirements
