Love kids? Join our team! Atlanta Autism Center is hiring to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time positions at our Norcross/Peachtree Corners location.

Training class details: Held at our Peachtree Corners location, Mon through Fri, 8 am - 5 pm, for 4 weeks. You will be fully prepared to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician exam. Upon passing, your rate will increase to $20/hr. Once an RBT, you'll have the opportunity to advance to RBT II, RBT III, with quarterly increases up to $26/hr.

Job Responsibilities - Registered Behavior Technician:

• Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
• Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans accurately
• Implement behavior reduction plans, protocols, and support plans
• Maintain detailed client progress records, including data sheets, graphs, notes, and anecdotal reports
• Create a safe, clean, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for clients
• Collaborate with families and professionals regarding client progress and concerns
• Follow company policies and BACB ethical guidelines in ABA interventions
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and families
• Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement

Minimum Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience preferred
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying patients
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and accept instruction
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
• Computer skills
