Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision in Park City, Utah.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, support communication and life skills, collect data, and maintain dependable attendance while collaborating with the clinical team. Training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or in a similar role (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to engage with children in a positive, playful, and professional manner.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete training and obtain certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home, school, or community setting under BCBA supervision as a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Teach and support development of communication, life skills, social-emotional learning, and play.
• Accurately collect data and write clear, detailed session notes.
• Maintain reliable attendance and timely communication with the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as a Behavior Technician (BT).
