Job summary

ChildWise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing BCBA support and mentorship.

Compensation includes an hourly rate and flexible scheduling; you will work under supervision to help children become more independent and successful.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Collect and record session data
• Support independence and positive behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $18–$23
• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
