Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will provide ABA therapy, follow treatment plans created by BCBAs, and help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed in a rewarding role that makes a real difference in children’s lives. Flexible hours available between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Collect and record session data

• Support independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $22–$28

• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
