Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session.
