Job summary

ChildWise ABA is hiring bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

We deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, collect behavioral data, and follow BCBA-created plans. Flexible schedule: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, part-time 15–30 hours weekly, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Spanish/English bilingual.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)
• Part-time: 15-30 hours per week
