Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in a full-time role with paid training. No experience is required, and you’ll start with hands-on, supervised training to become a certified BT.

The team supports growth, provides data-driven therapy, and offers a clear path to advancement. BTs deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collect behavioral data, and implement intervention plans under BCBAs.

Formación

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Behavior Technicians accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Behavior Technicians follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Behavior Technicians support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Behavior Technicians safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18-$23 (based on experience and certification)

• Full-time Behavior Technician position: 40 hours per week

• Flexible Behavior Technician schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
