Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help clients build communication and daily living skills, collect data to track progress, and support the development of individualized treatment goals, all while maintaining compassionate care, HIPAA compliance, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
• Reliable transportation
• RBT Certification Preferred
