Job summary

Pops-Aba in Englishtown, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement personalized intervention plans across home, school, and community settings.

As a Behavior Technician, you will help clients learn essential life skills, track progress, and support families through ABA techniques such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.

• Record and document client behavior and progress with the tools and systems provided.
• Support clients in building skills related to communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living.
• Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.
