Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technicians provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Behavior Technicians accurately collect and document behavioral data

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)

• Full‑time Behavior Technician position: 40 hours per week

• Flexible Behavior Technician schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
