Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role involves implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, collaborate with families, document progress, support clients in ADLs and social interactions, conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
• Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, familiarity with ABA principles, ability to work effectively with children and adolescents, experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus, knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.
