We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Compensation, Benefits & Support

• Strong Pay That Grows With You - Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.

• Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
