Job summary

The Behavior Lab in California is seeking a Part-Time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based, in-person therapy under supervision. Pay is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour DOE with paid training provided.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions, track progress, collect data on skills and behaviors, and communicate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent support. Qualifications include a high school diploma; a love for working with children; strong communication

• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings.

• Able to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings).

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You'll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.
