Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Tech in California to work in home-based sessions with children ages 1-12 who have developmental delays/autism. No formal experience required; you will learn hands-on from BCBAs, with paid training at full rate.

You’ll document progress, coach caregivers, and implement ABA lesson plans in clients' homes. Part-time roles with flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and access to benefits accompany the paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 6 months of experience working with children.
• Alternate: 4 years of experience in early intervention.
• Must be 21+ and have a California driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home settings to implement ABA plans.
• Take detailed notes to track progress and celebrate wins.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily moments.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR
• 4 years experience in early intervention

• You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so)
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
  • You are fluent in Farsi (Preferred)

Compensation: Pay range represents a good-faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire.
