LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and support their communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience required—paid training provided—and you’ll join a collaborative team with growth potential.

Eligible full-time staff receive generous PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401(k), and life/disability insurance. RBT requirements vary by state; Maryland requires completion within 90 days of hire.
