Total-Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training provided and you’ll join a collaborative team.

You'll monitor progress, follow personalized treatment plans, and contribute to a supportive culture with real opportunities for growth. Eligible candidates must be 18+, be able to pass a background check, and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
