Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism in homes, schools, and treatment centers. You will assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families to ensure effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification (or will obtain within 90 days), have reliable transportation, and a solid background with ASD.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willing to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the plan.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
