Job summary

WonderWay ABA Services is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support BCBA/LBA in delivering individualized ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work in clients' homes, schools, and treatment centers, implementing treatment plans and recording progress data.

• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in homes, schools, and treatment centers.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings.
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
