Job summary

WonderWay ABA NJ In-Home is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will assist BCBA/LBA in implementing treatment plans for clients with ASD, traveling to client homes, schools, and treatment centers to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy.

The role emphasizes data tracking, family training support, and clear communication with families and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community settings.
• Record and monitor client data to measure progress.
