You will work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ensuring effective care for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• One year of experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct behavioral services to clients.
• Implements skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Works with Board Certified Behavior Analysts on treatment plans.
• Collects data and generates session notes.
• Maintains professional boundaries with clients.
