Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to support children and teens at in-home visits. You will work under a BCBA, delivering personalized behavior plans and collecting data to monitor progress and outcomes.

We value compassionate, patient caregivers who can train families and empower them with practical skills. Flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours are available to fit family schedules.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• 1:1 in-home ABA support experience ideal.
• Under BCBA supervision, implement personalized behavior plans.
• Collect data and track progress to inform interventions.
