Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a Spanish-speaking ABA Behavior Technician to join our in-home support team in Fontana, CA. You’ll provide 1:1 services to children with Autism, under the supervision of a BCBA, and help families implement behavior plans.

This part-time position offers flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours, competitive pay up to $26/hour, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for eligible employees as you grow with our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children with Autism.
• Work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Collect data to track progress and skill development.
• Assist families with training and strategies at home.
