Developmental Pathways, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to support children and teens with Autism in their homes. The role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours and requires Spanish-speaking abilities to assist families effectively.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and helping clients develop essential skills while providing compassionate family training and support.

• Entry-level training available.
