Developmental Pathways, Inc. seeks a Spanish-speaking ABA Behavior Technician to support 1:1 in-home work with children and teens who have Autism or developmental disabilities. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and help families apply skills.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.
