Developmental Pathways, Inc. seeks a Spanish-speaking ABA Behavior Technician to join our team for part-time in-home support. You will work under a BCBA guidance to implement plans and help children thrive.

We offer entry-level training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling to accommodate afternoon, evenings, or weekends as needed. Join us and make a lasting impact on families affected by Autism.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required; 1:1 in-home ABA support under BCBA supervision.
• Entry-level training provided; no experience required.
• Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to children and teens.

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you'll implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.
