Clarvida is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct behavioral services in Sahuarita, Green Valley, and surrounding areas. You will implement client-specific plans, collect session data, and support families and teams to promote skill development and independence.

The role requires an 18+ year old with a plan to obtain RBT certification; strong communication, documentation, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or equivalent.
• > Must be 18+ years old.
• > Ability to obtain RBT certification through BACB (assistance provided upon hire).
• > Follow treatment plans and implement behavioral interventions.
• > Strong communication and documentation skills.
• > Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Responsibilities

• > Implement face-to-face behavioral analytic interventions and skill acquisition programs as outlined in the Treatment Plan
• > Accurately and consistently collect behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions

• > Communicate effectively with team members to support client goals and progress
• > Adhere strictly to Individualized Treatment Plans to prevent dependency on services

About the Role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing client-specific behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on delivering direct, face-to-face behavioral services, collecting accurate data, and supporting clients in developing independent, age-appropriate skills. The RBT works closely with clients, families, and treatment teams to promote skill generalization and reduce the need for ongoing services while maintaining professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
