Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy in clients' homes and community settings in Coachella area. You will work Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm (2–5 hrs/day) and provide targeted treatment goals under supervision.

Qualifications include preferred RBT, a bachelor's degree preferred, and 2+ years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; medical benefits are available for those

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere toCompanyPolicy and Procedures and maintain confidentiality.
