Job summary

Belle ABA Inc is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to join our Worcester, MA team. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy and support individuals to reach their goals.

Work closely with a BCBA, collect data, and reinforce communication and daily living skills. A meaningful role with opportunities for growth in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
  • Collect behavioral data accurately during sessions.
  • Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Document session notes and progress in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals.
  • Maintain a safe, structured environment for clients.

About the Role:

Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
  • Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with diverse populations
