Job summary

Applied ABC in Winston-Salem is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one ABA interventions under the supervision of a BCBA at our Autism Therapy Center. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, collaboration with supervisors, and adherence to ABA protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or are pursuing relevant education; weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
