Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency, seeks a Behavior Technician for our New Jersey Autism Therapy Center in Paterson. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing one-to-one intervention plans and collecting session data.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with weekday availability and potential weekend shifts. A BA in a related field or current pursuit, and at least 1 year of ABA experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC New Jersey
