About Us: Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Job Description:

Behavioral Health Works is seeking fun & energetic individuals who will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.

Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works. Requirements for Behavior Technicians/RBTs/ABA Therapists:
  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Availability between Monday to Friday in the 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. time block, with a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
  • Willingness to travel to and from client homes with reliable personal transportation.
  • Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and initial training.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented.
  • Fun, energetic personality with the ability to engage with active children.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to collaborate with a team of professionals.
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing session data.
  • Willingness to undergo criminal background clearance.
  • Proof of negative TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus (covered during onboarding).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Active participation during sessions, engaging actively with children.
  • Bilingualism is a plus, with higher pay for bilingual candidates.
Compensation:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours:

Part-time, 10 – 20 hours per week

Schedule:
  • Minimum 10 hours availability during core hours.
  • Afternoons and evenings (3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.)
  • Monday to Friday, including weekends.
