Job summary

Avid ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support autism services in Roseville, MI. This part-time role offers paid training and a chance to grow within a nurturing clinical team.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 2–18, collect data on progress, and collaborate with leadership to deliver effective behavior support. No prior experience is required, and weekend work is not required, making this a flexible entry point into the field.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
