Job summary

Avid ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to help inspire growth in our clients. You will work one-on-one with kids aged 2-18 with autism, build supportive relationships, and contribute to data-driven progress tracking.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and opportunities for growth. This role emphasizes work-life balance with no weekends and a supportive team environment at the Roseville location.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
