Job summary

Avid ABA in Westland, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Autism Services team. This part-time role focuses on one-on-one support for clients aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with paid training and the opportunity to develop valuable skills.

No experience is required, and you’ll work under supportive clinical leadership to help clients progress. You’ll also collect data and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
