Solterra School, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to support students with autism, working closely with BCBAs, teachers, OTs, SLPs and other team members. You will provide one-on-one and small-group support during school hours and assist with after-school clinical services as needed, while collecting progress data and applying compassionate strategies to promote independent skills.

We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about working with students and wants to be part of a collaborative, growing team.
Building hours are 7:30am-7:30pm. School hours are 8:00am-2:30pm. After-Care operates from 2:30pm-7:00pm. Hours/Scheduling may vary based on needs.
The pay for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with students while partnering closely with our BCBAs, teachers, OTs, SLPs, and other team members.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to complete required training. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred: RBT certification, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
