Job summary

KB Behavioral Health in Camden, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in-home with children, applying ABA techniques under BCBA supervision. The role stresses compassionate, one-on-one support to help development and daily living skills.

You will deliver in-home ABA therapy, collect progress data, and participate in supervision and team meetings. Active CPR is required; RBT certification is preferred or obtainable.

About the Role

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Camden, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: Full-time (In-home)

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
