Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services in Thompsonville, IL, Monday through Friday, 12-4pm. The role supports youth with developmental disabilities through evidence-based ABA programs, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible with scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs in homes and/or community environments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and confidentiality.

SpringHealth Behavioral is seeking a part-time RBT, or sn individual interested in becoming an RBT, to provide in-home ABA services in Thompsonville, IL, M-F 12-4pm. Our therapy team executes customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
