ABA SHINE in San Ramon, CA is seeking a compassionate Female Behavior Technician (BT) to provide Behavior Respite support to a young adult in San Ramon. The position will initially begin with weekend hours and may extend to additional shifts as the BT builds rapport and trust with the client and family.

This in-home, in-person role focuses on safety, daily living assistance, and applying behavioral strategies per the support plan.

The position will initially begin with weekend hours, with the potential for additional hours as the BT builds rapport and trust with the client and family.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, caring, patient, and comfortable supporting a young adult with behavioral and daily living needs. ABA/RBT or experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
