Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks an RBT or trainee for in-home cases in Ramsey, Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm. Join a dedicated team delivering ABA-based services to youth in homes and community settings.

Part-time role with benefits potential; requires RBT certification or progress toward it, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and scheduling flexibility. Salary $16.00-$17.00/hour; medical benefits available for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and Insurance.
• Flexibility with scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes or community environments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications
