Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Ramsey is seeking an RBT or someone training to become an RBT for in-home cases, Monday through Friday, 8am to 12pm. The role delivers Applied Behavior Analysis programs to youth with developmental disabilities and offers a pathway to certification.

The position is part-time with benefits for those who qualify. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with flexibility to adapt to clients' scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy under supervision.
• Track client progress and program data; report to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Salary Range: USD $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient‑related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
